Presentation Guidelines
Instructions for Oral Presentations:
- Keynote Addresses: Keynote speakers will be allocated 25 minutes to present their results, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.
- Keynote Addresses: Authors of contributed talks will be given 17 minutes to present their results, followed by a 3-minute discussion period.
- Student Oral Talks: Authors of student oral talks will have 12 minutes to present their results, followed by a 3-minute discussion period.
- Speakers should bring their presentations on a USB memory stick.
- It is strongly recommended that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If your USB drive is inaccessible, you will be able to retrieve the files from your email.
- Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT) format. PDF files are not recommended.
- Please refer to the program page of the official website for your specific session and presentation details.
- Basic AV equipment will be provided, including a laser pointer, cordless microphone, desktop microphone, and basic sound system.
- Laptops equipped with Windows 10, Office 2010 Pro (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Reader will be available.
- If your presentation includes videos, ensure they are properly formatted and linked to the main files.
- Projectors are equipped with standard VGA connection ports. Mac users should bring their own adapter cords.
- Please verify the program prior to the conference to confirm if any changes have been made to your session.
